The location has easy access to Rt 5 and I-91 and allows for offices, R&D, food and dairy processing, warehousing, machine shop and general manufacturing. The building has both ground level overhead drive in doors and loading docks. Ceiling heights vary from 17 to 25 feet, and there is a 720 square foot cooler. Originally designed and used by the Food Bank it is now the home to Myers Produce.
