Mark was very helpful in helping us decide on when to put our property on the market, and arrive at a listing price, and understand how much to clean out the property, as we were offering to sell it furnished, if desired. We sold our property in January, at a time when we were going to be out of state, and were not planning to return to the area while it was on the market or for the closing.
